Melissa's classes are fantastic!! I can't say enough good things about them. She has extremely effective methods for teaching. Though I’ve taken ballet classes since I was a small child, there are many aspects that I’ve only learned as an adult taking Melissa’s classes. She even pays attention to which ways of thinking work for which students, and takes care to remind us of them! Melissa is truly an exceptional dance teacher.

I took dance classes at an early age. Decades later, I am back with Melissa Hinz as teacher. She is the best. As a professional dancer, she is very impressive (Broadway and all), but as a teacher, she is an exemplary model. Her class is good for body, mind and spirit. One hour with her strengthened my body and balance. I felt great for the entire session (after years of doing virtually no movement). Her words, encouragement, humor and philosophy reach beyond movement and health. I left inspired and ready to pick up my pace on other projects. Clearly, I can't say enough good things.
